This is a rare original pair of high quality, early WWII German Army/Wehrmacht dienstglas 6×30 binoculars. These binoculars were produced by the very hard to find manufacturer Optische Anstalt Oigee GmbH, of Berlin-Schoeneberg, Germany, and are marked "OIGEE, BERLIN". Very early production serial number of "1659". The "M" marking signifies metric scale measurements, which was no longer applied to German Army/Wehrmacht binoculars produced after 1940. The "H/6400" marking denotes MILRAD range-finding scale in the right-hand lens. Original, unrestored condition. A very rare piece of WW2 German militaria, see photos for more details.
