If the unit(s) are not cleaned out by Feb 18th and pick up arranged with the storage facility, the contents will be disposed of by the storage facility, and any cost incurred for the disposal thereof will be the responsibility of the buyer. Buyer will be charged -100.00 CASH deposit by That Storage Place prior to being allowed access to the storage locker. The deposit will be returned once That Storage Place confirms that 100- of the contents have been removed. Make sure your unit is cleaned out 100- and broom swept. You are bidding on the entire contents of each individual unit. Unit selling by photo only. Visual inspection cannot be made at any time. Photo view is from the doorway only. All personal paperwork-computer electronic records, family photos, social security cards, birth certificates, government issued licenses or IFF, tax records, medical records, school diploma, work history on computer hardware or computer disc information pertaining to this unit must be boxed and returned to the site manager within 10 days. Pick up must be arranged with the Storage Office by appointment providing 24 hours notice prior to arrival.
