This auction requires additional registration approval. All bidders must call Lemons Auctioneers at (281) 357-4977 to be approved for bidding after completing auction registration and reviewing the Terms & Conditions.
Building / Structure Removal Requirements:

Prior to bidding, the buyer must obtain a written quote for the cost of moving/removal from a licensed house/building (structural) mover.

The quote must be emailed to Lemons Auctioneers, LLC prior to bidding — NO EXCEPTIONS.

All costs and responsibility for removal are solely the buyer’s responsibility.

The structural mover must meet Northside ISD’s minimum insurance requirements:

Movers are responsible for verifying all required city permits, approved moving hours, and allowed moving days with the applicable municipality.
Failure to comply with any of the above requirements may result in disqualification from bidding or suspension from future auctions.
