The hot tub is being sold untested and in its current condition. It currently contains water and will need to be completely drained prior to removal.
The buyer is solely responsible for all dismantling, disconnection, draining, labor, equipment, and removal of the hot tub from the backyard. Before bidding please plan accordingly and bring the necessary help, tools, and equipment to safely remove the item.
The buyer must coordinate an appointment for removal prior to arriving at the property.
