Sell It Now Store Auction Terms and Conditions:
The information below is provided as a summary only. All bidders are responsible for reviewing the complete auction terms, shipping policies, pickup information, payment requirements, and auction rules prior to bidding.
- 18% Buyer’s Premium applies.
- 3.5% processing fee applies to credit card payments.
- Shipping is available on select items and is billed separately.
- Items marked LOCAL PICKUP ONLY will not be shipped.
- Purchases over $1,500 require payment by cash, cashier’s check, money orders, or bank wire transfer.
- After the final scheduled pickup day, the card on file may be charged for any unpaid balance.
PAYMENT TERMS: Sell It Now Store accepts cash, cashier’s check, and charge cards for up to $1,500, including buyer’s premiums. For amounts over $1,500, we accept cashier’s checks, money orders, bank wire transfers and cash. We will invoice the winning bidder when the auction has concluded.
SALES TAX: 5% Wisconsin Sales Tax applies to all WI residents or items locally picked up without a common carrier (shipper). We are happy to remove the tax once a valid resale certificate is on file.
WARRANTY: All lots are sold as is, as shown, no warranties expressed and without recourse. Sell It Now Store and its consignors make no warranty or representations, expressed or implied, with respect to property sold at auction. Faults noticed during cataloging are noted in the description. All sales are final.
AUCTION INSPECTIONS: Sell It Now Store encourages auction inspections with dates provided in the auction or by appointment because opinions may vary. All listings are described as accurately as possible. If you plan to have a lot inspected, please make sure you inspect the lot prior to bidding.
ITEM CONDITION: Note that with this audio gear auction, we have not extensively tested each piece or tested every function. We test for basic functionality. All inputs and functions are not tested, and there could be burned-out bulbs, controls that need to be cleaned, etc., not mentioned in the auction listing. If there is no testing described in the auction description, it is UNTESTED.
SHIPPING / LOCAL PICK UP: Sell It Now Store can ship many items through the UPS Store, but local pickup is always recommended. Please contact us for a quote or shipping questions prior to bidding. We are well versed at proper packing but packing and especially shipping can be very expensive on heavy items, and not possible on fragile items.
